Wonderful! Good bedside manner; up to date evidence based care; respected my choices as the parent; listened and provided tangible direction for all concerns.

The doctor intentionally stuck her un-gloved hand in my 3 month olds mouth for him to suck on so she could examine him. As soon as I noticed, I immediately said not to do that and moved his head away from her hand. To this action, Dr.Rhodes responded “ Oh, it’s okay, it’s normal for his age.” This was absolutely disgusting behavior from a physician, we will be finding a new pediatrician’s office.

She was very thorough and was great to communicate with patient. She acted very professional and didn’t seem in such a hurry.

She spent time, not only explaining and discussing with my husband and I, but with our son, which made him feel comfortable, important, and included.

The wait was longer than expected, but she listened to our concerns and gave my daughter the care she needed.

She was good but we waited a long time to be seen, longer than normal after being brought back into waiting room.
