Dr. George enjoys connecting with people one-on-one and helping to educate them on their medical diagnoses. One of her top rewards as a physician is seeing how an appropriate intervention or medication can have a positive impact on someone’s life.

After graduating with a BS in biology from Villanova University, she earned her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee. She completed her residency at Lonesome Pine Family Medicine in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
In her free time, Dr. George likes to read, listen to podcasts, and go for walks in nature.
