Dr Bhatnagar was wonderful. Professional & nice. When he gave me the Cortizone shot, I could not believe that I had no pain. I’ve had Cortizone shots in the past and they hurt a lot. I couldn’t believe it. He also took the time to show me my x-ray which I asked him about even though they were very busy. I appreciate that!

I was very upset to find out my prescription was changed to another medication without being told or discussed. Didn't know until I arrived at the pharmacy to pick it up. I think as a provider if you make changes and add new meds that were not used prior there should be a conversation.

He didn't go over the xray results and seemed to be in a rush to finish the appointment. Im in pain and he tells me to soak my hand in hot wayer and epsom salt. That's something my mother eould have told me.
