Outstanding, friendly, informative. Far cry from what I’m so used to for 40 years. Thank you for helping me heal.

He didn’t seem interested in introducing himself and shaking my hand. He felt a little distant. He was just “as a matter of fact” type approach to me. Maybe he was having a bad day but it’s just common courtesy that when meeting someone for the first time to shake hands while introducing one’s self. It allows the patient (me) to feel more comfortable with a DR who’s getting ready to put me under knife and perform a surgical procedure. Also, his assistant couldn’t find my psych evaluation which was done 3 months ago. Why is it when it comes to me there is always confusion on your staffs part concerning my file or communication?

Kind, friendly, and truly concerned, and always verifies the things that I’m worried about very proficiently and skillfully. So grateful he’s taking me out of pain with my steroid shots.
