Thank you for the frank report you gave me. One question I forgot to ask: Can strengthening exercises eliminate the sharp pain in my knee when I twist? My goal is not perfection. I learned when at 22 years alone at home with my baby that my mentamove my mental attitude improves.

Dr. Rick helped me by being more practical! A cortisone shot for my carpal tunnel instead of surgery at this time!

Just had my right hip replaced. Nine years ago Rick replaced my left knee. I’ve been extremely happy with the results. He also replaced my mom’s knee years ago and repaired both of my son’s shoulders. Excellent professional surgeon and person.
