He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made me feel truly heard and supported. His expertise and confidence immediately put me at ease, and it’s obvious he is exceptional at what he does. The level of skill, compassion, and professionalism Dr. Williamson brings is rare. I am beyond grateful to have been in his care and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing a neurosurgeon.

We just had an appointment with Dr. Richard Williamson at Barrow Brain and Spine, and it was a very good experience. I took my mother to see him, and he was kind, patient, and respectful throughout the visit. He listened carefully, gave us plenty of time, and explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way. His calm and pleasant manner made us feel comfortable and reassured. We truly appreciate the care and attention he gave my mother and would highly recommend him.

Very personable good explanations takes time to make sure you understand everything
I had a rare condition called the web, carotid and many doctors turned down my procedure. Dr. Richard Williamson was phenomenal. Very educational amazing bedside manner will answer any question you have to make sure that you’re comfortable with proceedings and he managed to put a stent over my carotid and saved my life. I am forever thankful for cardiovascular, neurosurgeons like him.
He is a doctor that relates to you with all the information you need to know.
