I have told everyone that I have spoken to that he is the kindest doctor that I have seen in years. Soft spoken, professional yet caring and really appreciate that he didn’t make me feel like he couldn’t wait to push me out of his office. Most people complain more about doctors that barely look at them while prodding them out of the room. He spent enough time that I honestly felt he had an idea of who I am as person and I feel that I can trust him to hear me. Hope he can be my doctor for the rest of my life. Thank you Doctor Vu.

I went there with questions about women’s concerns. He kept saying it was not his area of expertise and that I should see an OBGYN. I explained that I already have one, but it is 2 months away, and I wanted some short-term relief; he told me I needed to see an OBGYN and that he could give me a referral. I had explained multiple times that I already had an appointment. He did not try to understand or help at all. The lack of empathy towards my body and my reproductive organs was shocking. When I asked for his full name he asked me to leave the clinic. As a patient, I have the right to know his name and license number, and he refused to give me both. This is mind-blowing because DORA has his license number, and it is public knowledge.
