Exceptional care!
I had a really bad experience here for the third time and I’m officially fed up. Will not be going back. Repeatedly have had the doctor preform procedures without my consent or the opportunity to decline even after specifically stating to both him and the nurse that I did not want it. “Informed consent” and “First do no harm” are definitely not priority at this practice. They just do what they want, I assume so they can charge it to your insurance. It seems like a money grab. On top of all that I waited well over 30min just for the doctor to come in for 5min and ignore everything I said. I don’t even actually care about a doctor running behind. It happens. I am willing to wait for a good doctor. But this is not that.
Dr. Saleeby is a wonderful doctor and human being. He makes his patients feel at ease because he is so knowledgeable and kind.
Very nice doctor felt very comfortable with him. And he was very sensitive to the needs that I had. Thank you so much.
Knowledgeable and helpful with addressing concerns.
Richard Saleeby is an outstanding physician who cares about his patients. I think this practice is the best proctology practice in central NC.
Professional, intelligent and friendly.
Very nice, to the point. Procedure only took a minute.
Dr. Saleeby is an excellent doctor, always helps me with my issues, and does his best to help make awkward visits less awkward. I highly recommend him.
I had an outstanding bill from the previous appt in 2020 that I truly didn’t know about. That is my fault. Fully paid before the appointment. When seen I was told to pay the copay at the end. Understandable. At time of procedure, I tried to ask some concerning questions about causes and effects of the hemorrhoids bc I felt my recent stomach and heart issues might be related. No answers. He said there was two hemorrhoids and injected one and said to just push the other back in if it was bothersome. The experience felt rushed and uninformative. At check out the total was the whole amount as the previous bill of $400. I asked if I can make payments and I was told no, and I must pay the money before leaving. I was set back but felt so pressured that I paid it. The service worked well on the area he injected so I am appreciative of that but the method of practice seemed more focused on getting a repeat customer than properly treating the customer. The Dr and staff were otherwise friendly
