My first time seeing him was today and it went well. He knows what he's doing.
Best pulmonary Doctor.
He was dismissive and did not believe that I knew how my body responded and reacted was not necessairily a typical reaction. I felt disbelieved and that I was overreacting to my decades-long known issues. He was not compassionate and caring.
Very disappointing experience. I felt dismissed and like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. There was little effort to understand what I’m dealing with, and I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I didn’t feel like my wellbeing was a priority, which is concerning when seeking medical care.
Surprisingly supportive!
Dr was an hour late. He read the paperwork and mentioned he wasn’t sure of the information but here’s my paperwork. Didn’t seem organized. Had not read my chart before appearing. Left unsatisfied.
Wasn’t seen waited an hour he never showed his face or concerned Will not return sorry staff
Exceptional! Thanks Doctor
Always caring, with clear and helpful instructions. Dr. Roberts has been my asthma doctor for over 20 years.
Dr Roberts and staff take good care of me.
