Best pulmonary Doctor.

He was dismissive and did not believe that I knew how my body responded and reacted was not necessairily a typical reaction. I felt disbelieved and that I was overreacting to my decades-long known issues. He was not compassionate and caring.

Very disappointing experience. I felt dismissed and like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. There was little effort to understand what I’m dealing with, and I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I didn’t feel like my wellbeing was a priority, which is concerning when seeking medical care.

Dr was an hour late. He read the paperwork and mentioned he wasn’t sure of the information but here’s my paperwork. Didn’t seem organized. Had not read my chart before appearing. Left unsatisfied.

Dr Roberts and staff take good care of me.

Dr. Robert’s did a great job explaining my condition and treatment options. My main concern is that he did not stop the MA’s from sharing my PHI in a public space (the nurses pod, in the hallway in front of other exam rooms and a samples rep). I then over heard him sharing more information that was needed to the two MA’s as I was checking out.
