My son had an appointment scheduled for 3:15pm and was called back for the appointment at 3:45pm. He was seen my the nurse but never Dr. Roberts. I ended up leaving the office appointment at 4:20pm without being seen by the Doctor. I am very disappointed in the way my son and I were treated. I will be calling the office to request a refund for my copayment.
Good listener. Explain procedure and what to expect in terms that wete easily understood.
Very nice and explained everything to me including the next steps
Thorough and carful diagnosis, comprehensive and reasonable next steps.
In my 20+ years of coming to the clinic, I’ve never had a doctor tell me I don’t know what to do and put his hands up in there. Very disappointing.
Never saw the doctor - over a hour late. Should have called to tell us running so far behind
Very patient with me
Dr. Roberts is awful. My practitioner left the practice and I was scheduled with him for the first time. He didn't listen, changed my medication that has worked for YEARS and gave me a new medicine that is not covered by my insurance. I was told to go off all my other meds that have controlled my asthma very well. He made comments that my former practitioner wasn't as experienced as him and he knows more because he has been in practice over 40 years. He has never seen me as a patient and does not know my history or what works for me. He was rude and dismissive. I left there literally in tears.
A very long wait for him
He listened to me, gave me explanations of medicines and options, was very thorough.
