Dr Robert’s quietly goes about thoroughly studying my condition. I have been with him many years.
I live Dr.Roberts but today's appointment was at 11am we weren't called back until 12.. left in a room until 12:30 and finally seen.. didn't get out of there until 12:40! To me that is ridiculous. I understand you get behind but we were there for 2 hours, becasue they expect you to check in 15 minutes early! They need to do better than that in future!
I was very happy with the Doctor and staff, and I thought the information about my problem was very helpful. However, my appointment was for 10:15 and did not see the Dr. until 11:00. That is unacceptable.
Good communication. Pleasant demeanor.
He listened and took his time with me. Appreciate it, it was not rushed
