Didn’t feel like he talked much. Very limited in words and explanations. I will likely get a second opinion.

Excellent treatment of my allergy and asthma.

He was very knowledgeable but not very personable. He didn’t make me feel “heard” until I HAD to personally dive down.

Dr Roberts took the time to explain things I did not understand completely. He also gave me advice on some things I could do to make my situation better.

I had a 2:05 appointment. Wasn’t called back till 2:30. At 3:20 the nurse told me I was next. I said I only had 10 more minutes before I needed to leave to pick my son up. The nurse said I should reschedule. This not the first time I had a long wait for Dr. Roberts. My husband also has had hour plus waits for Dr. Roberts. The other providers don’t do this. I doubt I will return to this practice.

Dr. Roberts is the best. He takes his time, explains things thoroughly, and considers your life situation before creating a treatment plan. I wouldn’t consider seeing anyone else for my condition.

Dr. Seems nice However our interaction with him was very slow. I feel that he was not personable, which the patient (14 years old) even mentioned that he seem like he really didnt want to be there. I explained to my son that he’s older that’s probably why. My son has severe asthma and the last time he had testing he didn’t feel well the next day so I asked for a doctors note for school to give him a day just in case he needed it, and the doctor would not approve it. Which I didn’t understand.

Dr. Roberts was thorough, kind, and explained everything well.

Wait time is always long, sat in room for 45 minutes before he came in. I wish he would communicate more and share more information. Seems to mumble more to himself than talk with the patient

I actually did not receive care from Dr Roberts. I received my Zolair shots and waited the 2 hours for any adverse affects. The nurse was very good and kind.

Long wait today. 11am visit and it was after 12 when Dr Roberts arrived. This is unusual for him, and the nurse apologized, but that’s the reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating..

Great experience. Dr was very thorough and understanding.

He never looked at me, or looked me in the eyes. I prefer not to see him as my Dr. again. I will make a note for my records for the future. I went for allergy testing and on the second round of testing (higher doses) I had to remind him to look at my left arm for the test results. He felt I didn’t need further care other than medication.

Seems uncomfortable with communication skills..Very stilted. almost creating concern. Loosened up eventually. Never realized I was referred a while back (never read referral). First referral /about strange sensations,vibration, shaking over body...has been going on a while. "His current concern"related only to an ongoing cough. Never asked question to gather a grasp about the initial referral. Not sure what was stated on that referral but he clearly didn't want to address anything other his immediate concern. Very closed and off putting. Seemed uncomfortable with himself.

My asthma doctor for almost 20 years!

Dr. Roberts was very kind and took a true interest in what I was dealing with concerning hives. I am now 4 months in and after meeting with him I felt the best I have been in 4 months. I wish more doctors were like him.

I had expected to begin testing to see what I was allergic to. I was referred to another clinic to get the testing done and it will not be done until the end of this month this is is Very frustrating
