He is a fine doctor. He make me feel at ease, he asks questions that make explaining my problems easier and I always fell well served in his care.

Dr Nearing spent just few quick minutes with the exam and seemed too rushed and it was a bother I was there. When looking in my eyes said I had little changes of diabetes in eyes but then said had to see retinal specialist because they were a whole lot worse.

I always feel listened to and cared for. Great doc!

Professional and thorough

Text message reminder was great, appointment was on time, staff was professional and readily answered my questions. DR. Was professional and explained results of the tests and completely answered all question. I did not feel hurried and the entire visit was a low stress experience.

Dr. Neahring takes time with his patients and listens to any concerns or questions that may arise. He is professional, an excellent surgeon, and always very pleasant.

I can rate the dr as good but have been extremely frustrated with trying g to get ahold of medical staff to get prescription filled. I was told I needed a hard to get eye drop. I was told staff would locate eye drop and get back to me. 5 hrs later I have heard nothing. This is medicine that needs to be taken every hour for an aggressive virus. Time matters. When calling in to office to try to track down info, hold time is horribly long. Office turns phone off at 4 and there is no way to reach anyone. Answering service proves inaffective in returning calls in

Dr. Neahring and husband staff are professional, timely and excellent at communicating his diagnosis and plan. I am sorry to say, I have not found that this is always the case in health care today . Which makes me appreciate that much more.

They answer my questions and it is a doctors visit that not only do I feel I’ve had my needs addressed but that is also pleasant.

Dr. Neahring has been my eye doctor for at least 20 years. He’s always been excellent. Last year he removed cataracts and placed lenses in my eyes. The surgery went great and the results have been fantastic.

I enjoyed the visit with him but found it difficult to hear him. He is soft spoken and then wears a mask which muffles his words. Not great when you are trying to understand the things he was sharing. I appreciate that he is willing to do both of my eyes on the same day because of my more unusual situation.

This doctor did not seem to care about me as a patient. He was short and clipped and didn’t answer my questions or even really allow me to ask. That was a waste of a co-pay and I won’t go back.

Answered all my questions and the appt was timely.

I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time and had to leave just as I was called and will have to reschedule. That was after waiting 17 minutes on hold earlier to ask if I should come in because I’m at the end of a cold.
