Dr. Mugge was very angry and intense when I met him. Avoided eye contact, and when I asked questions, his hands started shaking. I felt very uncomfortable

This was my first visit with Dr. Mugge, I was extremely comfortable with him, he asked a lot of questions about my hearing and explained everything that I could understand, I also had a burning feeling in my throat and he didn’t hesitate to get this fancy gadget and checked my throat and ensured me that it was non concerning, thank you Dr. Mugge
