Dr. Richard Mugge, M.D., has been practicing as a board-certified Otolaryngologist since 1999. He has practiced Otolaryngology/Head and Neck surgery with North Shore ENT since 2001.
Dr. Mugge obtained a B.S. Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1986, and studied Biomedical Engineering at the University of Akron from 1987-1989. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati in 1994.
