I have been going to Dr Moyor for a few years now, & I will have to say he is a wonderful Dr!! He's been caring for my bum shoulders, giving shots in them so I can function. Four months back I had to finally get shoulder surgery on my left shoulder. He did a total reverse replacement on my shoulder. He did an amazing job!! He's very professional & kind, & has a great bedside manner. He's very thorough in his answers, when I asked questions. He even used models to help explain what he was going to do. I highly recommend that if you need an orthopedic doctor, you give him a try. Also his nurses and office staff are great too, very friendly and helpful. I don't think you can go wrong choosing Dr. Moyer.

2 months after his working on my shoulder I have most of my range of motion back

Helpful by visually indicating the perimeters of allowable movement for broken arm. Also, using the word "relax" to describe the needed posture of the shoulder. Instinctively, I hunched it to protect and thought that w was "supporting" it. Much better understanding of how to work with the hhealing. Thank you! I really am trying!

Straight shooter. I liked how he took the time to explain to my daughter how her hand functions and explain the malfunction of it all. I'm happy with most of the answers he gave to my questions. He was friendly enough from what I expect as a doctor.

Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Dr. Moyer earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Cincinnati and his medical degree at the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. He was in family practice for 2 years before completing his internship and orthopedic residency at Mclaren Oakland in Pontiac. Dr. Moyer practiced as an orthopedic surgeon for 18 years with offices in Rochester Hills, Oxford and Cass City before joining OrthoMichigan in 2014. When he is not working, Dr. Moyer enjoys fishing, travelling, and working on old cars.
