Dr. Manzo is an exceptionally talented doctor. Beyond his medical expertise, he displays a genuine concern for and interest in his patients health. NOSS is most fortunate to have a person of his caliber him in the group.

My appointment was for 10:30 am, however I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork ( even though I have been a patient for many years). I arrived at 10:15 and filled out the paperwork. I was done before 10:30. Then I sat and waited. At 11 am, I told a staff member that the doctor was unable to keep the 10:30 appointment and would they like to reschedule? I was ushered into the exam room at 11:05. The doctor arrived at 11:10. The exam took about 10 minutes. While I understand the doctors time is valuable, my time is no less valuable. To me, waiting 40 minutes to see the doctor is unacceptable.
