Seemed knowledgeable and was friendly and direct. Often doctors don't want to diagnose or will avoid recommendations. While there are always ulterior motives when consulting any professional, he seemed believable and confident. He might have been slightly blase when he spoke about his own anecdotal experience, but it did help me feel at ease knowing it was a common but healable injury.
