Doctor was very personable and asked me all my symptoms and wrote them on a white board. Asked me what bothers me the most. Then suggested a treatment plan with a follow up appt. in six - eight weeks. Very happy with plan.

10:50AM appointment was delayed by only 20 minutes and Dr Strabbing performed his earwax cleanse perfectly as usual. However, my 11:10AM appointment with Audiologist never happened. I sat in the waiting area for over 35 minutes but was never called for the appointment.
