I waited over two hours to see him for a visit that lasted maybe five minutes. I had an eye exam 1st which about 15 minutes I would say. When I finally did get to see him it felt very rushed and impersonal like I was a number.

He is actively involved with teaching medical students. Rich resides in Holland with his wife and four children.
