When I arrived the front desk ( girl with very bold eyeliner) was on a rant about a previous patient and was being very loud about it and others were discussing this loudly. Very inappropriate. I never saw dr Herman only a PA I think she was super rushed and didn’t give me time to voice my concerns. I did the injections and I may look into another dr for care for my condition . I have a complicated ortho history and also work in the medical field retired paramedic and now and ATC currently half way though my doctorate program so I’m aware of the care I should receive. This was very sub par. I would like to give Dr Herman a chance in the future but his staff is making his practice look very unprofessional.

I have seen him but never actually met him. I was supposed to meet him during a preop appointment but he never came in the room. I was asked if I had any specific questions for him and I did not.

Kind, informative, professional, and being handsome is always a plus! However, he denied my son any pain meds other than ibuprofen and Tylenol with a complete break of both bones right above the wrist. He can not move without assistance. He can’t even scoot himself up in the bed. I have to move him.

Outstanding doctor, explains in great detail, the issues, solutions and potential pitfalls. Also, he sees the patient on the first appointment after surgery instead of the nurse practitioner. From the patient’s perspective this is a huge plus both psychologically and emotionally. You get the answers to the questions which have been rattling around inside your head since the surgery. The NP will answer the questions but they weren’t in the operating room doing the surgery!!

He’s all one could ask from a doctor. He is approachable, soft spoken, caring, and of course an expert orthopedic. He has done surgery on my broken finger, and today gave me an injection to relieve the arthritic pain in my hand. I’d rather not need his help, but I’m glad he’s there if I do.

This man is sent from God. We brought our son into the ER with a broken arm. The break required more in depth attention so we took him to see Dr. Herman. He had our soon into surgery a fixed up within a couple of hours. I realize this sounds like a tire repair review but he literally stopped everything his was doing and had our son in and out of surgery within hours of our visit. Dr. Herman had amazing bedside manner. This would have an entirely different adventure if we would have seen anyone other than Dr. Herman. A million thanks!

I really like Dr. Herman. He diagnosed my hands and gave me a plan to stop the pain. He also didn’t try and convince me I needed surgery as my sister’s doctor did for the same condition. He was very easy to talk to and explained what was going on. He made me another appointment for 3 months to check my progress but encouraged me to come in sooner if I didn’t get any relief. I feel very confident in having him treating this condition. I liked that he also said he is going to send my GP a note letting him know what he found and our treatment plan.

He was going to get me an appt with a remuotologist but I have not heard from dr Herman or the other dr.

Dr. Herman was very patient with us, very detailed with explaining what could happen, what we could experience, what were our options, etc. very kind, great experience overall.

Dr Herman is an excellent Dr. He explains illness, procedures & expected prognosis in a way that is easily understood.
