Would not see me at appointment because of a missing mri that was 8 months newer than the ones I bought.
This was a first visit to see if I even wanted to see him for this issue.

I never saw him. I only saw his nurse practitioner. I do have an issue but I guess it wasn’t serious enough for him. I’m used to seeing assistants for after visits but not the initial visit. I think this is very poor.

He completed his neurosurgical and Gamma Knife training at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma center that is among the busiest neurosurgical facilities in the country.
Dr. Singleton has a diverse neurosurgical focus, treating most disorders of the brain, spine and nervous system. Areas of special interest include surgical and Gamma Knife treatment of brain tumors, spinal surgery ranging from minimally invasive outpatient surgeries to complex tumor surgery and fusions, as well as revision surgery for patients who have had previous spinal surgeries. He is happy to see patients for second opinions and enjoys working to find less invasive ways to treat spinal problems.
In 2011, Dr. Singleton returned home to Richmond and joined Neurosurgical Associates. He is honored to have been named a Top Doc in Neurosurgery and/or Spine Surgery by Richmond Magazine.
