Not impressed. Dr Ramos lacks professionalism. He did not make eye contact with us once during the visit! He literally said “I’m ignoring that” when I brought up a new possible orthopedic issue. He talked very fast and did not explain things clearly. We had to ask a lot of questions to figure things out. We are switching to OrthoCare for our next visit.

Wouldn’t look me in the eye. Spoke very fast and seemed unsympathetic. Quick to offer a temporary fix but not necessarily find the root problem. Comes across as very intelligent and know his stuff but could work on his bedside manner

I was asked to come in early to help out. I came in at 2, my original was at 3. By 3:15, I still hadn’t seen anyone. The patient’s time is just as valuable as the doctor’s. Complete disrespect. Which is a shame because I really like Dr. Ramos overall.
