Dr. Collins was the best doctor I have seen in a long time. He was so kind, compassionate, approachable, and easy to talk to. He also took the time to explain everything to me and even prepped me for an appointment with another doctor. Would highly recommend him!! He was wonderful.

Dr. Collins and the staff are always professional, friendly, and patient. Dr. Collins answers all questions thoroughly and makes sure anything and everything is addressed.

Upfront and quick. It was a relief to meet a Dr who was familiar with my AI and was able to address my allergy and asthma separately but that wouldn’t clash with my other meds.

He did a great job but the nurse who took blood hurt me terribly. I’ve experience hundreds is blood draws but have never experience the kind of pain I had this morning. She should not be allowed to do this!!!!!

He spent a short time with me , told me to read what I was allergic to????. Left the papers on the table and walked out. I was going to ask him what I could use to help my itchy scalp . He never came back but I could hear him ordering lunch from chikfele . No do you have questions , I am sorry you are going through this and I hope this helps. Said something about someone ????going to get in touch with me next week but at the check out she had no idea what I was talking about and I left. I have been dealing with this since Christmas, and when I left felt that I could have saved a visit if he had mailed me the information.

Nice guy, but all doctors these days are rushing through their thing and give you the recommendations in a fast speech that is impossible to absorb. So, they leave a pamphlet for you to read, that nobody really takes the time to. He asked the right questions and was attentive, reasonable, but all Doctors now are invented on the wrong things and no doctor experience is more than a three stars. Not a dent on him. Just in the system

I was referred by my doctor for allergy shots. It was my first visit to their or any location dealing with allergy shots. Dr. Collins was engaging and thorough with his interactions with me. I cannot say the same for the female at the front desk who seemed to be bothered by my appearance at her counter. She asked me was I there for shots or for an appointment. As this was my first visit I did not know. She looked my appointment up within the system and determined who needed to see me, but only clarified what type of appointment I had after I had to specifically ask her. And the response was a one word answer. No smile no explanation, no further engagement . The nurse that took me back also seemed as though I was an intrusion on her day. When my answers to her questions were not to her satisfaction she simply left the room and sent in another nurse to deal with me. Thankfully the replacement nurse came in and reviewed my chart and gave me reason to stay.

Dr. Collins is not only a caring and extraordinarily knowledgeable doctor but he explains things and helps one understand how specific allergies happen and why. Exceptional “bedside manner” and I actually enjoyed my visit today as well as learning why I was affected by certain things.

Dr Collins is GREAT! Pls encourage the young nurses to smile at the patient (at least once!) maybe say a polite word, etc. I don’t know if parents are not training young people to be thoughtful and considerate, or if the millennials I’m encountering are socially awkward around adults, etc. It is a mystery to me. I am 63 and very well remember the days when nurses were kind, considerate and were a positive reflection of the medical institution.

This was our second visit with Dr. Collins. A 6 month follow up for our 19 month old son for an egg allergy. He walked in not knowing one thing about our son. He put in lab orders in June to test for a nut allergy, and he had no clue what we were talking about or reviewed those lab results until that moment. Very disappointed and uncomfortable. Will not be moving forward with this provider.

Dr.Collin is the best asthma doctor around

Very attentive, makes the time explain everything that will happen in detail. Then comes back later to discuss everything that did happen in detail. And then takes the time to answer all questions.

He was such a breath of fresh air after having some negative interactions with doctors in the Charlotte area. He listened with compassion and took time to truly explain rather than just tossing medicine recommendations. I highly recommend!

He is a good doctor he makes my daughters feel comfortable with the treatment because he speaks with them about the medication.

Personable!

He’s seemed more interested in driving home the point that I had seen his associate in the last and not him. Explaining he had to read all my chart visits and notes, etc. If seeing an associate is that big a problem then the office should not allow cross scheduling. He stayed across the room the entire visit and did no exam at all. I complained of chest congestion with my allergies, he never listened to my lungs. He’s a nice guy but this was a TOTAL waste of my time and money.

He didn’t spend more than seven minutes with me. Without a close-up look, touching the area, or looking in my history, he drew conclusions on my allergic reaction, downplaying its severity. I miss my usual allergist, but needs a same-day appointment.
