Doctor comes in does a quick exam really doesn’t say much. He is not approachable. I felt like I didn’t get the answers I was looking for and he simply looked in my eyes and walked away.

He is very rude and has a very unprofessional attitude towards questions. Patients will have questions that need to be answered. If he cant give respect than he shouldn't communicate directly with the patients.

Dr Casey & Assistant were very helpful explaining my diagnosis. I learned about my condition & how to manage to make life better.

I left with sever pain on right eye. I called the office and the answer was to lubricate my eyes. I did that but the pain did go away. I called several times but the office never picked up the again.

Dr Casey is fantastic. Just did cataract surgery on my left eye and so far one day post surgery it’s the best I have seen the world in many years. Colors are vivid. I am so happy.

I was seen at Redondo on 1/9/2024. Poor rating for communication. No complaint about his work. When I made an appointment, I thought (as with prior appts) everything would be done. I didn't understand I was NOT "finished" THERE after seeing Dr. Casey! His procedure was good, he didn't act rushed. But he missed the opportunity to inform me of the result of my vision test, and to discuss it. I have a DMV eye exam this month. Suddenly I was back at reception to make more appointments. I'm 78 years old; he could have taken that into consideration. Otherwise I may have rated him higher.

Overall very pleased with our experience here. Unfortunately Dr Casey is not able to treat my daughter. We were not aware he is not a pediatric Dr. He was able to confirm her issue and is referring us to a pediatric surgeon. The parking is easy, building and office are clean. The waiting room was full when we got there but the process moved quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not warm or fuzzy! Straight out and to the point. Did not ask if we had questions HOWEVER, we still have the sense that he knows what he’s doing and we trust him and his knowledge and experience. We are desperate so we can deal with the bedside manner or lack there of!

Waiting room was packed. No where to sit had to stand in hallway. Told to wait in outside waiting room after dilating my eyes....last time after dilating my eyes I ended up standing outside the building as they were packed. Fun! For my first time visiting this Doctor I was rushed through. Did not wait for my eyes to fully dilate and I was examined within minutes of eyes dilated. Very little discussion or feedback. I was out in 5 minutes. I picked this Doctor for his experience as I know he has been with this company for quite some time. Very disappointed in how quick the appointment was. This company seems to pack people in with little regard. That will not last long for me.

AFTER ONE YEAR SURGERY PRESSURE IS STILL HIGH IN RIGHT EYE. PRESCRIBED MEDS. ARE NOT WORKING FAST ENOUGH. I NEED A REMEDY THAT WILL RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

Dr. Casey was very professional and answered all of my questions. He recommended for me to make an appointment for another type of screening which is conducted in another office. Unfortunately, the appointment date is on June 23, two months away. I would recommend more equipment for doctors in the office instead of them having to send their patients to other facilities.

He never even looked at me! Did not check my eyes himself. Sat with his back to me and kept going on about pictures on the computer that I could not see!! I have NO idea what he was talking about and he NEVER examined me himself! THE - when he left the room - I heard him CLEARLY say to his assistant - GET HER OFF MY SCHEDULE. I NEVER WANT TO SEE HER AGAIN. What a thing to say within earshot of me!! At first I thought he was nice - but he was very dismissive and scolding and I had no idea of what was going on! I got NO information expet something about a RED LINE and a BLUE LINE! I am not a doctor! VERY poor communication skills!

Dr Casey was very good at attending to his patient.

Went back to the ophthalmologist after a two year absence due to the Covid situation. Had not kept up with the glaucoma drops during that time period either but Dr. Casey was very understanding and kind. Had a vision and eye pressure exam and got back on my lumigen regimen. The office waiting room was a bit crowded and noisy (due to kids) but the office staff and assistants were all very competent and helpful.

I wasn't told I would have to pay today for my visit. I have a prior authorization

Dr. Casey is a skilled eye surgeon and deeply concerned about his patient’s eye health and getting you to a positive resolution. It is not always predictable and they approach each patient’s eye issue with preparedness and empathy.

He never ask me if I was in pain, He never offered medicine for mi problem it was the illness that gave a refill of the one I already had. 2 doctors and one Specialist told me that had damaged the cornea of the eye but this doctor did not fiend anything. I would never recommend this doctor.

His medical talents turned my vision to the super best

I want to thank Dr Casey for his tremendous work. I came to his office yesterday afternoon with a painful chalazion. I had spent the entire day in urgent care prior to coming to his office.. and aside from that it had been a difficult week for me personally. Dr Casey immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. I felt relief before I was even treated. The visit and treatment was smooth as silk. I’m happy to say that the chalazion is gone and feeling much better. I couldn’t be happier and I want to thank Dr Casey for his excellent work. More than that, just taking a second to make me feel as though he cared.

He’s helpful in giving an overview of what I went there for. I like his approach of not jumping into surgery right away, but calmly informed me that i do r need it at this point..

Doctor is very knowledgeable but clinic could could use a better system for booking appointments and ensuring that patients are not overbooked and waiting for long periods of time. The current system is not productive and could be better. Perhaps hire more doctors.
