Never got seen, my appointment was at 1 pm. I arrived at 12:40, went back at 1:03.... doctor did not come to my room at 2:14. I left and rescheduled an appointment with another provider. I value people time, but I guess the same is not respected on this day.

He answered all of my questions, accurately and efficiently, and I was at ease, and I felt very comfortable, although I was still a little nervous and scared of the procedure/side effects.
