Dr. Richard Bassett started his career as a physical therapist and enjoyed working with patients who had hip and knee replacements, so he decided to go back to school to specialize in hip and knee arthroplasty as an orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Bassett enjoys seeing his patients improve their function and daily activities with less pain.

Took the time to explain knee surgery
Great
discussed knee replacement surgery He answered all of my questions. very kind and professional
Evaluated my knee and gave me options. Steroid shot for immediate relief.
This practice is very patient centered and accommodating. Their care quality is excellent.
Took 3 weeks for his staff to process my referral. Dr. B is me for am Ultra Sound, I hope it doesn't take 3 weeks to get referral for that. He really didn't give explanation on a few things.
Dr. Bassett was very good at explaining what my options were and what surgery would entail. I believe I will be in good hands when I do have surgery. His office staff is top notch also!!!

Dr Bassett took his time to explain my x-ray and all available outcomes. About 3 years ago he fixed a botched surgery on my other knee. I trust him completely
