The reviews listed below were collected independently of Premier Orthopaedics through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
not impressed. He did not physically examine my dad. Outright said I can do nothing without a CAT scan. at least he ordered that which is why he gets two stars I think we were with him for five minutes
And based on the reviews that I am reading he did a cookie cutter approach prescribing steroids for a patient he didn't even physically examine
In contrast I had an appointment at the VA the next day with rheumatology. The doctor in rheumatology actually poked, prodded, discerned where the actual pain is coming from, had the patient describ the pain as it was experienced during the examination, and sent him up for an x-ray on the spot. Re-ordered the CAT scan dr balotti ordered ( which we also got done same day.)
At least the appointment with Dr. Balotti was efficient in that he was on timeand that it took no more than five minutes prior to being sent away...

I'm providing two stars because he was punctual.
Dr. Balotti is curt, rushed, uninterested and obtuse. Asked no questions about history, no interest in pain levels, used medical terminology w/ out explaining in lay terms, would not make eye contact and seemed as though the whole experience was below his pay grade. This provider needs to be restrained in personal interaction with patients. Either that or he should switch to become a coroner, he has no business being allowed to interact with sentient beings!

I drove 2.5 hours to see Dr. Balotti about my acute lower back pain. He spent nearly no time with me, was almost rude with his curt diagnosis, could not read a bone scan, touched my feet to check for strength but no other examination of my back and I felt like he couldn’t get me out of the exam room fast enough. Thoroughly disappointed and would never recommend him to anyone.

Dec-2025
He had no personality and didn’t even look at me. After he came into the exam room he was only with me for 2 minutes.
Told me to get an MRI and go to therapy and called in a steroid pack to my drug store.
