Dr. Richard Aronoff, D.P.M., received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Barry University in Miami, Florida, and then earned his doctorate from the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine. After graduation, he completed his surgical residency at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Florida. Following his residency, he then completed a one-year surgical fellowship that involved six months in Jerusalem, Israel, at the Hadassah Hebrew University as well as six months at Palmetto General Hospital.
Dr. Aronoff was a foot and ankle specialist for two years for an orthopedic group in South Florida prior to moving to the metro-Atlanta area. Special interests include diabetic limb salvage and sports medicine.
Dr. Aronoff is an exemplary physician, the epitome of what makes a good doctor. He’s a friendly, knowledgeable doctor, who’s never made me feel rushed (which says a lot because I am a talker with questions). After being seen a few times, my ailment has been resolved, which almost makes me sad that he isn’t a primary care physician. I have not a single bad thing I can think of to say about him. Additionally, his staff (both receptionist and nurses) are also amazing, making his entire office a pleasure to be a patient. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ALL OF YOU!!!

Finding a physician who truly listens and makes you feel completely at ease is a rare find. Dr. Aronoff is exceptional in every way. He is extraordinarily thorough, deeply knowledgeable, and his bedside manner is second to none. Every visit leaves me feeling heard, cared for, and completely confident in his expertise. I trust him implicitly and cannot recommend him highly enough.
