He is very knowledgable and knew exactly what was wrong with my shoulder. He then he ordered an MRI to get the entire picturej....very thourgh Entire staff was very kind and helpful!

My first visit with Dr. Richard Snyder gave me a full explanation of the shoulder tear while looking at the MRI discussed physical therapy and surgery explained the duration of recovery and more physical therapy after surgery. Would highly recommend doctor Snyder.

Recognized as the 2022 Northeast Florida Sports Physician of the Year, Dr. Snyder is highly regarded for his contributions to sports medicine. He has served as the team doctor for the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, University of Kansas Jayhawks, Kansas City Explorers, and Kansas City Royals and often works with other MLB teams and their roster of players. As a lifelong athlete, high school and college All American, Dr. Snyder played football at the University of Kansas. His years spent on the field led him to have a passion for treating shoulder and elbow injuries.
Dr Snyder lives in Atlantic Beach with his wife, son and three dogs. He is an avid golfer, tennis player and loves reading in his spare time.
