Visit was for my 14yr old daughter. Dr.Alavi listened , he was kind, and he was thorough .
Professional, friendly, respectful and made the injection one of the best I’ve had. His assistant however doesn’t have the best personality. But he was phenomenal, knowledgeable and intelligent.
Very concern, listen, genuinely care for me and at the same time professional. One can tell and feel when a health care professional cares. Thank to his staffs and him!! God bless you all !!

If it had no stars I would give him NO STAR! I had the WORST EXPERIENCE ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 4t, with Dr Alavi. I have NEVER been told " IF YOU DON'T LIKE MY SERVICE YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE HERE! I HAVE NEVER GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT WITH A DOCTOR. HE WENT BACK AND FORWARD WITH ME! I HAD TO LITERALLY TELL HIM WE BOTH CAN'T TALK AND THE SAME TIME! FIRST HE DIDN'T EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THE GEL SHOTS WORK. ALL HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL PUT IN THE ORDER. I'M THINKING OK, GREAT I WILL BE GETTING SOMETHING DONE TODAY. LET'S KEEP IN MIND I' AM NO DOCTOR, HE SHOULD HAD EXPLAIN TO ME IN DEPTH ABOUT THE SHOT. I HAD TO HEAR IT FROM THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST...HE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! HE HAD A BAD ATTITUDE, BECAUSE I ASK HIM " WHY YOU DIDN'T EXPLAIN TO ME ABOUT THE STEPS OF THE GEL SHOTS! HORRIBLE! NOT TO MENTION I PAID $65 FOR NOTHING. I TRAVEL FROM FT MYERS FLORIDA TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. I'M NOT HAPPY ALL. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE BOARD OF MEDICINE AND PEOPLE ADVOCATE
