I thought he was very knowledgeable and very explanatory. I don’t agree with the fact that I had to pay $40 for someone to tell me I didn’t need surgery when my doctor recommended it. Thank you Southwest medical for making me waste my money.

Dr. Rimoldi saved my life! I know that sounds dramatic but I feel that way, I have been in horrible pain for years and finally decided on spinal surgery, Two weeks post op I have zero pain like I did before the procedure.
So very happy!!!!

I pad a co pay and the appointment was very pointless and I was basically rushed out. I wasn’t able to ask questions and nothing was accomplished

Doctor seemed rushed and not very interested in what I had to say. As soon as he discovered that I wasn't interested in surgery, he seemed to lose all interest. I felt like he rushed through the rest of the appointment. I felt like I was wasting his time.

The doctor was pleasant and direct. He seemed to have empathy for me but explained that he really couldn’t help me and suggested I Continue working with my primary to further diagnose the problem. I appreciated his professionalism along with kindness and compassion.

Bedside manner was terrible. The Dr had no interest in listening to me at all. It was like I wasn't even in the room. No recommendations for further treatment or anything. He actually walked out of the room and didn't even tell me we were done. 1 minute after be left, the assistant came in gave me a hand out and said have a nice day.
