The doctor was pleasant and direct. He seemed to have empathy for me but explained that he really couldn’t help me and suggested I Continue working with my primary to further diagnose the problem. I appreciated his professionalism along with kindness and compassion.

Bedside manner was terrible. The Dr had no interest in listening to me at all. It was like I wasn't even in the room. No recommendations for further treatment or anything. He actually walked out of the room and didn't even tell me we were done. 1 minute after be left, the assistant came in gave me a hand out and said have a nice day.

Very professional & great “bedside manner”! I felt he answered my questions honestly & informative. I was surprised at how large the facility is BUT it’s very organized & efficient. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. Less than 10 minutes! I’ve waited over 30 minutes in smaller offices.

He was right to the point didn’t try to sugarcoat any of it my symptoms when you go see a doctor and your concern about possibly getting surgery. I just wanna get as much information as possible, but sometimes as a patient. You have to understand that they can only go by what is on your test so I appreciate that his honesty

Very impersonal & gives off the attitude of not caring. Didn’t have the time to listen. Didn’t give info or provide explanation of recommended procedure when options were presented.
