Dr. Lucas is kind, bit needs to keep better records of his patients and why they receive MRI's, and communicate to Simone Med exactly what images are needed because going to multiple imaging appts is costly, time consuming and uncomfortable. Maybe record the appointment and then review it before walking in to the follow up appt.

I filled out paperwork online and was asked to fill out additional paperwork in the office. When I was taken back the asst asked all the same questions again instead of taking the time to read the paperwork. There is no service in the clinic so I was not able to look up the rx that I am allergic to. I have been in pain for 4 weeks and the Dr offered no suggestions on helping relieve the pain prior to having a mri, which has to be authorized by insurance and takes 2-3 days. When I asked what I could do and gave him the list of things I am doing at home he stated to keep doing what I am doing. He then offered a muscle relaxer and asked me what I was allergic to instead of reading my chart. A prescription fleas never called in. I called in the next morning to find out when it will be submitted and the assistant stated there was not rx that was suggested/prescribed by the Dr and said I would have to wait till the end of the day. Completely unacceptable

Dr Lucas took extra time to discuss my stress fracture even though it wasn't the reason for my visit. He reviewed and explained the results of my back MRI. Took extra time to show me how to use the cane and overall was great.
