Dr Apolito is unprofessional..he is arrogant .. Rude.. insulting.. snarky..n i did not appreciate being abused verbally by him n his comments regarding my visit! N this is not the first time he has treated me like this. N i paid for a visit to be humiliated n mocked with his snarky comments.. i would like a release form to receive all my records n i will be reporting Dr. Apolito to the proper authorities n i will be writing about him on all social platforms
