Dr.Mollman made me feel welcomed interested in my concerns. He also made me feel as tho I was the most important patient at the clinic and he had time for me even tho his schedule was very busy!

He efficiently and thoroughly answered all my questions.

Amazing visit. Picked up right where we left off last July I was comforted that my immediate eye issue was already healing. And we continued on to scheduling a 2 Hour preparation evaluation to proceed with long awaited cataract treatment. Including the logical eye protection and eye wear for the future. My appointment was scheduled for !:45 on Thursday June 1. We arrived at 1:38 and immediately checked in. We were seated and waited for 24 minutes to see the technician for my field eye test. Completed the test and was taken to another room to see Dr. Reid. Waited in that room for another 26 minutes this time. My complaint is not so much the wait but the fact that there was no communication from the staff to myself as to why it was taking so long !! I know that there are circumstances beyond your control, but communications with the patient at that time is most important!! My next appointment I just might show up 1/2 hour past my appointment time without any explanation of why I was late. I must be Old School to think that todays professionals are so concerned about their patients that they would offer an explanation or at the very least let the patient know why they are running so late!!!
