At age 12, Dr. Davis told his schoolteacher that he planned to attend Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine to become a neurosurgeon. When asked why he wanted to pursue this particular career, he answered that it was because he wanted to help people, and he loved science — and that’s exactly what Dr. Davis did.

After earning his medical degree, Dr. Davis retained an academic affiliation with Johns Hopkins as well as other educational institutions while conducting clinical research. Dr. Davis was an assistant professor of neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins, a clinical instructor at the University of Baltimore and headed up the division of neurosurgery at the Greater Baltimore Medical Centre.
Dr. Davis has been involved in clinical trials leading to FDA-approved advancements in minimally invasive spine surgery and has written peer-reviewed articles for several major medical journals, such as the Journal of Neurosurgery and the International Journal of Spine Surgery. Dr. Davis was also one of the first US surgeons to use Dynamic Stabilization.
He understands the importance of empowering patients with education about their condition and the treatments available to them, so patients can make confident decisions about their spine care needs.
In his spare time, Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with his family and likes biking, fishing, and playing tennis.
1st meeting. Introduction was pleasant. Asked pertinent questions for my opinion complaints. Explained test results and introduced recommendations and options for hopeful/optimal benefirs.
Well over all my symptoms we did some strength testing and we’re going to do an MRI. He went over everything very well and I hope we can find what’s going on. Thank you Doctor and staff.

Dr. Davis performed surgery in November of 2024 he made my life better , I was suffering with serious pain his performance and professionalism was of the highest standard thank you Dr Davis .
