Everything is excellent except the excessively long wait. For a dilation appointment the wait is anywhere from one to two hours before being called to start.

I felt rushed especially by the tech. She was giving information so fast I couldn't follow what she was saying. I felt like I was being forced to do the later surgery without any information.
