Kind, caring, gentle touch, and listens…
He definitely rushed through my appointment, did not explain anything too me , did not introduce himself. Didn't show me the picture of my broken bones which he said he was going to do. Nervous on upcoming surgery now.
Very personable and professional. Explained all treatment options without pressure towards surgery. He answered all my questions thoroughly, with clarity and with kindness. At no time did he appear to be rushed. He gave 100% to my appointment. Staff was wonderful also.
