I did not see Dr Chung. I waited a reasonable amount of time to be seen but got fed up and rescheduled.

Received an excellent eye exam today from Dr. Chung and Danny.

She was kind, caring and really listened to my concerns.

Her assistant said Dr.Chung prefers to deal with Acuvue contact lens. However, I wanted contact lens from Bausch & Lomb. Instead of testing me for B&L lens, she asked me to put on Acuvue and gave me only that prescription. She said I needed to tell her what was written on the box of B&L and to call it in so she could mail me the prescription. Both my husband and I felt she was abrupt. She never returned after the assistant brought me the Acuvue prescription. she was abrupt with me.. I did not feel good with Acuvue because I have had them before and they tend to dry up by the end of the day while B&L works well for me.

Made an appointment for vision correction. Said could not do it because I have wrong appointment for vision correction. Will not pay another co-payment. What a rip off. Did not do what I made an appointment for.

As a retired nurse of 45+ years I naturally critique my medical visits. Dr. Chung was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only suggestion I have would be to slow down a little during the visit. If I were not a medical professional myself, I may not have understood fully what my condition was as she went through it very quickly.
