never looked at my injury. My appointment was 5 minutes long. she asked was i in pain and i said yes and everytime i tried to bring up what’s bothering me she pretty much cut me off saying i should be fine.

Dr. Anderson is very kind and answered my questions. I was supposed to see her for Carpal tunnel but then fell and needed to see her for my possible elbow break. Thankfully it was not broken so she talked about my carpal tunnel and started that program. Saved me from having to see her a separate time 😉

But the girl with long dark hair at the front desk she I thinks it’s ok to check people in and talk about the patient's life and has questioned my visit several times. She is really disgusting how embarrassing and needs to be taught about HIPPA. She has discussed several patients personal life so the people in the waiting room can hear and is very unprofessional! The Dr and her staff in the back are top NOTCH !!!

I had an appointment with Dr. Anderson after surgery but only saw the nurse practitioner. I would have thought that the dr. would like to see how the surgical procedure was progressing. I was sent to the Chesterton office, which is a long trip for me, because she was not in the CP office on that day and the stitches couldn’t stay in that long. Why make the long trip if I wasn’t going to see her anyways? I was sent to therapy and all they did was change the bandage and give me a list of exercises to do.

Dr. Anderson's evaluation was expected. I was pleased with her. I need to comment on the appearance of the carpet and floor. The carpet on the wide main floor to patient rooms needs to be replaced. It is stained or dirty. The left side of the floor in the hallway leading to the room where I was seen is damaged and needs attention.

I can't tell you if she's good or not. She gave me some injections in my wrist that helped but I'm in so much pain and she wants me to do test after test, just get to the surgery already.The front desk is so full of people that you will have to stand in line for at least 20 minutes. Just another esembly line Doctor to me.
