Pure frustration with the front desk. I had paperwork faxed to the office 2 weeks prior to my appointment and the paperwork still hadn’t been scanned into my file. When I checked in the front desk just began looking through the fax pile and calling locations to have test results sent over. I called the office days in advance of my appointment to confirm they indeed had paperwork prior to my scheduled follow up snd NEVER received a call back. Front desk borders on incompetence.

Very professional sometimes you have to wait for Dr. after you are checked in.

Dr. Yang takes the time to explain everything in layman’s terms. I am very happy with how he listens to what I have to say and acts on my concerns.
