My 1st appt was over an hour where he took the time to listen to what happened, what I wanted and tall through my options and what to expect. He was very reassuring while I was nervous on day of surgery and all the follow up appointments were very positive. I'm on the road to recovery and am thankful I found a Dr that was willing to give me the time and understanding.

Dr. Pablo I have is amazing. The assistant who brought me to the room questioned my medication. Asked about my diagnosis of anxiety and depression. My dad died and I am on a small dose of lexapro. I do not think this information is relevant for the assistant to discuss.

I have been a client of Dr Pavlovich for a few years now. He has repaired torn tendons in my shoulder and helped me with other issues that I have suffered from along the way. From beginning to end the people in his office have treated me care and respect. I have also been fortunate enough to follow up in his office with James Bender. James made sure my recovery from surgery was smooth and seem less. Everyone there treated me with care.

I was there for a follow up for my shoulder and MRI. The doctor had no bedside manner. I thought he was rough on me . I left confused and crying. I thought doctors are there to listen and make things a little easier. I tried to tell him I have nerve damage in my neck they may be effecting my shoulder . He went on and on how he was only concerned about my shoulder. I have numbing in both arms and hands. I was just letting him know. I hope I don't have to see him again.

Dr. Pavlovich is a good person, and perhaps a good doctor, but it is tough to gauge based on the staff he has surrounded himself with. The front desk attendants are consistently distracted, on their phones, pulling their masks off to have inappropriate conversations in front of patients, and hold no level of professionalism whatsoever. I have now had three prescriptions/referrals that were filled on my behalf that were incorrect. First, an Rx for a knee brace that was sent to a practice who after over an hour of sitting and waiting to be served told me they could not assist me and asked me to leave, providing me with no alternatives. Second, a referral for an MRI that sent me to an office who immediately told me they could not take me and offered no further assistance. Finally, an Rx for physical therapy that listed the entirely wrong body part to be evaluated. If this doctor is a good doctor, it does not show based on these events.

He is always upbeat and to the point. He tells you what to expect from beginning to end . He can answer all your questions.
