Dr really takes his time & listens to you

The entire experience was terrible. I waited over an hour in the exam room. I could hear details of at least 4 other patients while waiting as the rooms do not have walls. Dr. Jayanti came in without my file and had no clue about anything going on with me. He didn’t acknowledge any of my genuine concerns. Let’s hope I don’t have a serious medical emergency with my heart.

He was dismissive of my issue and questioned if I actually had the non-cardiac problems outlined in my medical file.it was very insulting. … He was also impatient and didn’t listen to the full answers to his questions. Honestly - if he had, he (and I) would have gotten through my history a lot faster because it would have been chronological and concise rather than scattered and confusing. I won’t be seeing him again.
