Dr. Rano Faltas was born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt where he received his medical degree at the University of Alexandria. He moved to the United States to fulfill his surgical internship Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He then completed his Anesthesiology residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA as well as his Interventional Pain Fellowship program at Rush University in Chicago, IL.

Dr.Faltas and his staff have managed my low back pain for several years now.He has allowed me to be able to live with a lower level of pain that is more manageable!Thank you Dr.Faltas! Your cheerful attitude is very refreshing!
Very kind and has a great bedside manner and maybe feel better
I love his way of explaining and covering any issues I may have and makes sure I understand what’s going on
Dr Faltas did a good job, but didn’t do any follow up. He had suggested we do a procedure and he would check to see if my insurance would cover it and then I assumed I would be contacted to set the procedure up. I have heard nothing from his office and my appointment was September 12th.
Understands chronic pain and provided me with multiple tools and options to manage flare ups. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me well.

Very kind and explained things very well before and after the procedure.
Extremely personal and authentic. Also, he checked on me before the procedure, making sure I was comfortable, or had any questions. He assured me that I was under great care with his assisting staff. He should most definitely give lessons on “bed side manners” because they honestly make a huge difference.
