Dr. Rano Faltas was born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt where he received his medical degree at the University of Alexandria. He moved to the United States to fulfill his surgical internship Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He then completed his Anesthesiology residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA as well as his Interventional Pain Fellowship program at Rush University in Chicago, IL.

Horrible experience!!! I wasn't given enough anesthesia to remain fully asleep during my procedure and could hear them talking but I couldn't speak to tell them so I tried to raise my arm to let them know but someone kept moving it back. Then when I woke up I was shaking uncontrollably for a few minutes and was told that's normal. . I'm having a bad reaction to the injections and sent a message but haven't heard back! Thankfully I have an appointment with my normal doctor who is fantastic and I hope we can figure something out
He is excellent at what he does and understands my pain management needs.
Good communication in describing ptocedure - very personable
Dr Faltas takes the time to explain results, options available and hope for my chronic pain. I trust him and know he wants to alleviate my pain. He listens, is kind, and cares.

In my 51 years of visiting with many Orthopedic Physicians & Surgeons, Dr Faltas is the BEST DOCTOR EVER! I've broke my back TWICE and he has the BEST communication skills of any orthopedic doctor I've seen. He ACTUALLY LAYS HANDS ON your body to better diagnose and understand your problems and has TRUE COMPASSION that many others lack! His staff and nurse Sarah are all also TOP, QUALITY in what you want in a team. I'm putting ALL MY TRUST in this Dr and his team, which is an extremely high compliment from being a highly discerning health care worker myself! I want to tell the world, just how relieved and delighted I feel, in finding Dr Faltas, his staff and iSpine!He deserves to be named "TOP DOCTOR" in Minnesota!❤️👍😊
