Dr. Rifaey was very professional, friendly, and understanding. She made sure that I have a f/u date after the auto accident that I was involved in. She did recommend me to go to the ER after telling her I was rear ended, and feeling dizzy, and tired, however I felt that I just needed to go home and take a rest. Told her that if I was feeling worse tomorrow, I would visit the ER Thank you!

She’s very good at her job. Injection was done well. Maybe she didn’t mean to, but I felt that she Didn’t care much about me. When walked in didn’t even say good morning. How are you doing today. Nothing.i asked her to explain as she was going along and was very good with that. When she was done, I said I had to wait on the table because I had pain in my butt and down my leg and she said yeah, that’s normal and walked out. That was it. Onto the next patient I guess. When I had Dr. covey I felt like I was the only Patient he had. He took such time with me and even waited a bit after my injections for bursitis. He was just as caring for my husb. My husb also had Dr. Driscoll for his knee and same thing you could talk And ask him about anything and he totally took his time. Don’t get me wrong. I think she is a very good dr I would go to her again because I think she’s very knowledgeable and did a great job w the injection just think she needs a little bit more Patient care etiquette.

Dr. R is very easy to talk to and seems extremely competent. After 2 1/2 years of a painful back and hip, her pain management has greatly improved my situation. I wish I had started my pain management with her earlier.
