He's the best! Broke my wrist on a Saturday and they Greene county General wanted to rush me by ambulance to Terre haute union for surgery and I said "the hell you say! Nobody touches me but Doc Norris!" Rough couple days but he fixed me up!.

Always polite, listens to patients, includes the patient in treatment options. I have a a few surgeries by Dr. Norris, and I am happy with the results. He also identified that I may have sleep apnea, and he was correct. Sleep test put me at a high risk of sudden death, now on a crap machine for several years with fantastic results. I seriously think I was a walking heart attack. Yeah, I think he is a very good doctor.

I would trust him anytime because he has did wonderful surgeries on me and one time he found a cyst on my nerve on my spine that no one else could find !!!

In all my other visits and including my surgery, Dr. Norris was very curt and unfriendly. He didn't answer my questions and ignored some of my chief complaints of pain from injury. I have only had him be nice and friendly once and that was my last visit so far. He's said some questionable things to me that put a fear into me about my job like telling me, "I'm surprised they haven't fired you yet." That can spook you when you're injured and can't return to work for a while.

Never have I ever felt like more of an inconvenience. I know there isn’t much warm and fuzzy when dealing with bones, but a small amount of compassion for a scared kiddo and his nervous mom would have spoken volumes. Rushed through the appointment, cast has a raw edge on the top near the armpit causing lots of cuts and discomfort. Piece over thumb and palm has already broken off. Hopefully we never need an orthopedist again, but if we do, we will explore other options.
