Efficient medical team
My appointment was scheduled for 9:40 I checked in at 9:57 after initially going to the wrong office. I called to share that I was on my way and was told no worry because there is a 15-minute grace period. Despite this, I did not leave the office until 12:24—nearly a 2.5hour appointment. Is that normal for a routine eye exam? When I checked in, I was told they were already about 20 minutes behind schedule with 3 patients ahead of me. I appreciated the heads-up, but it’s difficult to understand how arriving only 17 minutes late after calling ahead and being reassured resulted in such an excessive wait. What made this even more frustrating was that Dr. S was in the exam room for less than 3 minutes. I was also the last patient to leave from the morning appointments. By the time I left, the store was closed and all staff were on lunch break. I’m not sure what the purpose of leaving this review is if there is no follow-up, but I feel its important to share my experience.
Professional, personable and remembered every thing from my first visit 2 months ago. He and his entire team are great and and I feel much better about my treatment.
Excellent experience with Dr.Stein. He is a competent Dr. and the results of my procedure was outstanding. I highly recommend him and give him 10 stars.
Great understanding
Caring with lot of empathy, God bless his hands as he carry on the job he has chosen 🙏
Empathetic professional. Super doctor.
Always a 10 star for Dr Stein from me. Great personality, very detailed, and he doesn't over-book his patients to the point of long wait times in those lobbies like other doctors do. A1 standing from me.
Great dr. Takes lots of time with his patients
Our appointment was wonderful. Dr. Stein was engaging and patient and open to taking and answering any questions. We didn’t feel rushed at all.
