The whole staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, from the front desk, to Scout , the nurse (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) to the x ray lady, everyone was so cool. Very good Doctor

Thank you! The previous doctors did not tell us that my son’s toes were broken. They said that it was hairline sprains. But Dr.Farac did say that the toes were broken, and explained to us by showing the X-ray pictures, and also was very honest and helpful.

Very disappointing experience. I felt like I was wasting his time. Very dismissive of my issue. Assistant, who was gathering information prior to seeing the doctor, rudely asked a question, then interrupted and closed down her laptop & left the room. I know by oath, doctors have to treat patients but I got the message loud and clear that MS&J does not want to deal with me. This is the second time I have had this type of experience at MS&J—there won’t be a third. And I will not ever recommend MS&J.

Dr. Farac is thorough and explains procedures and exercises to overcome an injury well. I had a shoulder surgery due to an accident and am back to the same level of exercise as I was pre accident 5 months post surgery and I am in my 50’s.

Felt like he was in a hurry to be somewhere else, did the job but without any real feeling of caring.
