In addition, he’s served on the Board of Directors at Brandon Hospital, the Board of Directors of Brandon Area American Heart Association, as well as several different committees. In 2010, Dr. Khant was awarded physician of the year at Brandon Hospital.His special interests are clinical cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, vascular ultrasound, cardiology research, coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty, and stents.
