The staff were very professional, happy & kind. Dr. Khant is very friendly and very thorough. I felt at ease with him. I am in void hands with him. He saved my friend twice AND saved her dad. 🙂

Dr. Khant is not only a great doctor but lays out different scenarios of your health condition and gives you a choice of what can be done. I'm very happy with him as my cardiologist.

Great physician. Explains very well not only clinically but also we as a non physician can understand test results, what it means and what are the next steps.

He received his training in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases at Christ Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Khant has been in practice in the Tampa Bay Area since 1986. He is one of the pioneers of Bay Area Cardiology Associates PA. Dr. Khant served as Director of the Catheterization Laboratory at Brandon Hospital for four years. In addition, he’s served on the Board of Directors at Brandon Hospital, the Board of Directors of Brandon Area American Heart Association, as well as several different committees. In 2010, Dr. Khant was awarded physician of the year at Brandon Hospital.His special interests are clinical cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, vascular ultrasound, cardiology research, coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty, and stents.
