My in laws are 90 years old. We waited in the examination room for 1 hour and 15 minutes before he even came in. No one came in to update them or anything. Very unprofessional. They told us they will never go back. He answered our concerns but is not friendly. Just matter of fact. They felt as if they were taking up his time and he was hurried
