I hear he is a great surgeon but bedside manner is rough. Did not provide great information even when I asked questions. Overall I continue to be happy with BRO.
20+ years of experience in treating me
I have waited over a week for 1 paper to be filled out through medicopy, I paid 30 dollars for this to be done. They claim your office has to release the information. I have nothing telling my employer I've been removed from work for 2 weeks, no paperwork or anything information to forward. Why I couldn't have gotten this paper signed in your office the day of is shocking and ridiculous. As we're approaching 2 weeks I've been out of work with no way to forward any kind of information from your office to my employer. Way to take care of patients.
My family and I have been blue Ridge patients for 30 years. If I didn’t trust you (all) I would take my bade bones elsewhere.
Caring and considerate Help during a very difficult shoulder repair, took the time to explain the details and what to expect
Very patient and understanding. Listens well and works with me.
On time appointment, knowledgeable medical information, friendly
Great no-nonsense yet fun and personable manner. I enjoy my visits with him.
