I have been a patient of Dr. Rakesh Shah since 2006. He is a physician who has continued to demonstrate outstanding current knowledge of cardiac interventions throughout the two decades that I have been in his care. When I had a PFO closure in 2006, Dr. Shah participated in my surgery at a hospital in center city Philadelphia when he was on staff at St. Mary’s Hospital in Langhorne and they were not performing this surgery. Dr. Shah has also continued to monitor my cardiac health in an encouraging, patient and understanding manner throughout my intolerances of statin medications. He is a man who truly listens to my concerns and in whom I place my trust that he is a gifted physician who truly cares about the health and well being of his patients. How blessed I am that I located Dr. Shah after he left his former practice and joined Redeemer Health.
