In addition to his leadership role at Medical Vascular Partners, he previously worked within the Baylor Scott & White Hospital System, where he helped train future interventional radiologists and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. His procedural expertise spans a wide spectrum of treatments, including chronic venous insufficiency and varicose vein care, arterial revascularization, prostate artery embolization, uterine fibroid embolization, thyroid radiofrequency ablation, hepatobiliary cancer treatments, portal venous interventions, kyphoplasty, and vertebroplasty.
He is frequently consulted for cases where other specialists have exhausted conventional options, particularly advanced above- and below-the-knee revascularization for peripheral arterial disease. He participates in tumor boards with oncologic specialists and remains deeply involved in physician education, delivering lectures, giving national presentations, and mentoring trainees across multiple academic and professional platforms.
Dr. Srinivasa believes the most powerful tool in medicine is listening. For him, every treatment decision begins by understanding the person behind the diagnosis: their fears, lifestyle, and long-term goals. He engages each patient in educational, transparent conversations to ensure they understand not only what a condition is but also why a specific treatment makes sense. His approach is grounded in ethical integrity. He only recommends procedures that meaningfully improve quality of life and serves as the primary operator on every intervention he performs.
Patients, referring physicians, and clinical teams consistently praise his approachable communication style and unwavering commitment to doing what is right. “I’m often the last resort for my patients—and I take that responsibility to heart. When others give up, I keep going, because I know that perseverance can be the difference between losing hope and changing a life.”
