Did his job, but I liked Dr Vish better. I asked not to have a refraction done, but they did it snyway. Got charged 60 dollars ☹️. Noticed they did not give me the prescription when I was leaving. I noticed it in the car and my husband went back in for it and they told him you have to pick it up where they do the glasses. Nobody told me that not professional. Plus, it was freezing cold in the waiting area as usual, even though I did bring a light jacket I had the chills I truly hope Ocala I improves some of their procedures and policies

He was very thorough. Most of all he gave me his opinion about the procedure Lake Eye is doing for "helping" already in place cataracts. He recommended that I not pursue it, and Ocala wouldn't do it. I was disappointed, but appreciated his honesty. Sorry to learn he will not be the doctor I will see for next year's checkup because he's going to another office. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I still have some lingering doubt as to whether there might be a very small piece of old contact lens remaining in the corner of my eye. My first visit with Dr. Badal went very well. I appreciated the time he took with me, on the exam, and in answering all my questions.

Dr. Badal prescribed an antibiotic for me yester, Jan. 12.. When my husband went to pick it up, the pharmacist informed my husband that it contained Leviquin which I'm allergic to. Dr. Badal obviously didn't read my records to see which medicines I'm allergic to. This in turn, led to me not being able to purchase a different antibiotic until noon the next day. My eye was hurting so badly Saturday morning, Jan, 13, that my husband had to drive mr to Ocala to see another doctor in the practice. Prescribing medicine that people are allergic to could be deadly for some people. Dr. Badal needs to be reminded to check a patient's allergies before prescribing medicine not only could it be deadly but it caused the patient to wait another 24 hours before getting the antibiotic she needed. All of this is very bad!!

Dr. Badal is great but his staff in the back needs to be more friendly! There seemed to be a little friction between workers!

Doctor Badal seemed very thorough with the tests and explained things clearly. He did seem a little rushed, but I understand he has many patients to see and he seems to do a very good job spending time with as many of them as he can.

I had my post op with him today. Very kind and through. He didn't do my surgery just my post op. Friendly no issues.

I saw him for only a few minutes to check glaucoma. During that time he was cordial and responsive.

Dr. ElMallah is my primary doctor, but he was not available when I was at the office. I had an eye problem for a week and Dr. Badal took the time to see me and reassure me it was not serious. He was very thorough and caring. Another good doctor at Ocala Eye!

I had to wait a long time to get in. There were two or three people came in after me (I noticed) and they were in and out of the doctor before me. I was the only one left in the hallway, and I was finally called in. VERY UPSET

I am a longtime patient at Ocala Eye. My regular doctor was unavailable for a pressing problem I was having, so I was assigned to Dr. Badal. He had only recently joined the staff (and was a young man to boot!). Dr. Badal was very thorough and promptly pinpointed the problem.
