I have been going to Dr Jain for many years for my GI problems. He is friendly, explains procedures, and answers my questions.This last endoscopy went smoothly but seemed a little rushed, especially post op when I was coming out of sedation and he was explaining results to me, thus the importance of having someone along who knows what my issues are. Overall I still give him a high rating because I trust him.

Calling the office though is frustrating. I called on a Wednesday . I needed a call back immediately. They said they would send someone a high priority message because they couldn’t help me. It is now the weekend and never heard from the office. I thought when I called the office, the person I was talking to was in the office. That was frustrating.

Greeted me prior to me being in the procedure room. Asked questions & answered my questions. Very personable.

He was genuinely interested in my concerns and was not condescending. I will choose this practice again for future GI needs. Only need for improvement is a practice management issue. I had to scramble the day before to get some vital cardiology records. This was VERY frustrating and stressful. These records could have been requested at least the week prior to my procedure.

He is the absolute best Dr. He discovered a bleeding malignant tumor in my colon & he is knowledgeable and efficient and gives you his full attention when discussing your symptoms.
